Offline-first, fully encrypted enterprise application with a custom Excel-like formula engine — including circular dependency detection, data validation and conditional formatting — plus rich text formatting with background and text color support. Grid is Canvas-rendered to handle millions of rows without dropping frames, with full undo/redo history, backed by local-first data persistence and multi-layer encryption. Lead frontend engineer, co-architecting the system end-to-end with a 3-person backend team — WebAssembly and SQLite proof-of-concepts I built were adopted into the production offline architecture.

Bulk image compression web app supporting JPG, PNG and AVIF, with an in-browser editor for crop, resize and rotate — including full undo/redo history. Recursive folder selection auto-detects nested images, and multiple export sets — each with its own destination — run side by side and persist across reloads with the original folder structure intact. Export presets (quality, format, width/height) come built-in, or users can create and save their own.

Shopify-style commerce MVP built end-to-end: merchants upload product images and an Excel catalog to auto-populate a live customer-facing storefront. Next.js frontend covering both the merchant dashboard and the storefront, backed by a NestJS API with product/collection CRUD and a diff-based sync system that transmits only changed data. Merchants can save multiple table/sheet views of the same data, each with its own sort, filters, column order, hidden columns and name. Ships multilingual by default — Urdu, Korean and English.

AI ISP Support Agent

Autonomous customer support agent for ISPs, shipped as a standalone TypeScript package. Diagnoses network issues from an account ID, runs automated troubleshooting and checks area-wide outages, then creates or escalates a ticket only when human intervention is genuinely needed — with real-time progress updates throughout. Built on the Claude API with prompt chaining, routing, validation gates and safety guardrails, so every action is checked before it runs.

FBR Invoice Builder

Integrates directly with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) for invoice validation and submission. Invoices are validated against the FBR sandbox first, then posted as live invoices once they pass — with a JSON-config-driven PDF renderer available on demand to turn any invoice into a professionally laid-out document.
